Burritos and Bread!

Now, I may be slow, but recently I realized if you buy the Natures Own Double Fiber bread it is 0pts per slice!!

Also, made good sized bean burritos tonight w/ cheese, and they were only 2.5-3 pts each! Instead of using tortillas I used Flat Out Healthy Grain w/ flax, only 1pt per piece, and the pieces are really large! You could probably cut it in 1/2 and 2 "party" burritos! Anways, w/ 1/2 refried beans and a tbs of shredded cheese, YUMMY!

You can use the flat bread for sandwiches, wraps, quesidillas, pizza, a whole lot of good stuff!

  1. I didn't fare well today at my weigh in. I've gained another 2.6 lbs. :-( Was I expectng it? Of course I was. But that doesn't mean I'm happy about it. Not at all! Our leader challenged us this week to set mini goals, & I am going to do just that. I have gotten WAY too lax on my tracking, my healty choices, my exercising, and even caring about myself. I am going to work extra hard this week to get myself back on the right path, which includes being diligent in all of my healthy efforts. I can NOT let myself fall back into the path of self destruction!
