Update by Dee :)

My week was great! I weighed in Thursday night & have lost another 2.8 lbs. for a 9 week grand total of 27 lbs.! I got a "medal" for reaching 25 lbs., which look like a heavy duty washer (as in nuts, bolts, washers). I put it on my key chain as a reminder of what I've done thus far. I have to tell you all, I give the glory to God for giving me the determination and focus to stay on-track. I went to a company picnic Friday night, & one of my co-workers didn't recognize me! She works at a different location & only sees me every 3-4 months. It was GREAT to know the loss is showing to other people. I also wore a pair of jeans to work last Friday that I have not been able to get into for two years!

    That is sooooooo awesome Dee, I am JEALOUS! I love it when I get into an old pair of jeans, there is not much else that feels better! lol
